The Alphtrack works and controls functions in FL studio,but the Alphtrack display is just blue screen showing no info. The display shows Alphtrack when turned on and display works when shift+stop are pressed. Any ideas? Could it be the settings in FL studio?

Did you set the AlphaTrack in both Input and Output in the Options/MIDI settings in FL Studio as explained here:
