Topic: Cubase Control Room

Hi, I'm using Cubase 5 with my Alphatrack (which I love, by the way) and I'm wondering if it's possible to set up the Alphatrack to control Cubase's Control Room mixer?  I have searched around the Cubase and Alphatrack manuals, but there seems to be no way to do it.

Is there a way that I'm missing?  If not, this seems like a good candidate for inclusion in a future update.  It seems like it would be easy to include it in the other mixer options from the shift:middle encoder menu.

Hi sweetdan,

Unfortunately you won't be able to control the control room mixer with the AlphaTrack.  I know others in the past have asked about this and at the time it wasn't possible for us to control those parameters.  Maybe that's changed but currently you won't be able to do this.

That may have been the case when Cubase first implemented the control room but that doesn't mean that it's not in the current SDK.
