If you nudge a tiny amount (ie normal handling) the pots nudge parameters they shouldnt.

between this and your other thread it sounds like maybe something isn't set quite right in your controller preferences. Unless I am misunderstanding it seems like everything is too sensitive.
Try going to Logic/Preferences/Control Surfaces/Setup and delete the AlphaTrack icon altogether, then close and relaunch Logic. Let me know if that makes any difference.
