I am brand new to Alphatrack and like what I know so far. It works great on all the tracks in the mixer except for Effects and Master. Obviously Master Fader is one of my most used faders. I cannot get the alphatrack to select the master fader however. Any ideas?

Welcome aboard.
To get to your Master and buss faders just hold the Shift button and turn the middle encoder to toggle between "Inputs", "Tracks", and "Outputs" depending on what is shown in your Mixer view.
