Topic: Left a VM at FD for a RMA for Tango, can I PAY to talk to someone now?
I'm having the same issue as dadhill, all VU LEDs stuck on and no sound.
Per the previous suggestion i called for a RMA last week.
Are there other options such as hardware reboot?
Was dadhill's issue resolved by sending it in for factory support?
I would pay to talk to someone at FD support live to get a quick resolution to my question?
